Chen Xiuying Female Born on Aug.2, 1922

    Age when making handprints and footprints: 80

    In 1937, I was 15 years old.Hearing the Japanese coming,the Wang Family asked me to marry with their second son.On Dec. 13,they asked us to go to the refugee zone,but my husband did not go as he was in poor sight.The second day when I went back to see my husband,he had already been killed at home by the Japanese army,with blood everywhere on the ground.Later,people in the family buried him nearby.Wang Qi,the uncle of my husband and over fifty,also died after being stabbed 9 times.
