When the Japanese army invaded Nanjing, my aunt, Luo Chen who was over 60,lived at 23 Hongwu Road of Nanjing. She had a son named Luo Zhongmin,40 years old, and a son-in-law, Xu Jiabing, 30 years old.On Dec. 14, 1937,four or five Japanese soldiers came to her house to search and catch people. The two men hid on the ceiling but were found by the Japanese soldiers. They stabbed with bayonets without discrimination. Both of them were killed on spot, and blood flew down from the ceiling. My aunt saw at the site with her own eyes.
