    My home town is Bengbu of Anhui Province, In the spring of 1937, I was enrolled as a policeman in Nanjing through examination, and worked at Confucian Temple Police Station.I was 20 that year.

    I was trained for a period of time after i was enrolled as a policeman. That session had over 100 trainees,but only 3 left after the massacre.One day,I followed the Japanese soldiers in a truck to get vegetables outside Zhonghua Gate, and saw with my own eyes a dead body in a big manure pit,with the head at the bottom and the feet upward.
