    In 1937, my family lived at Shanxi Village,Gonghe Township of Dongshan Town, Jiangning County. In the winter of that year, the Japanese came fighting, and the sister of my grandfather, Chen Feng, was chopped dead by the Japanese army by a water pond.The tile-roofed house of our family was burnt down.My mother,Xue Feng and over 30, was raped by two Japanese soldiers.A number of women,including Li Xiaoduo just over 20, were raped together.
