"Rosen's Report"
In January,1938,Rosen and other staff of the German Embassy returned to Nanjing.Then he reported to the German Foreign Ministry about the Nanjing Massacre.However,these reports were kept in German Archives for half a century until 1991 when they were recovered.This aroused strong repulse.

"A Telegram from Koki Hirota"
On Jamuary 17,1938,The Japanese Prime Minister Koki Hirota sent a telegram to the Japan's Ambassador Saito Hiroshi to the USA,claiming that the Japanese goverment had received the report of the Japanese Army killing more than 300,000 Chinese civilians in and around Nanjing.This telegram was intercepted by the American Nvy and later translated into English.(The original copy is now kept in American State Archives in Washington D.C.In 1996 it was decoded.)
